The holidays are almost here and our staff have been working tirelessly to make sure everyoneâs orders get shipped out in time for Christmas. We appreciate how hard they have been working so much, and figured they could probably use a well-deserved break for the Holidays!
For this reason, weâll be closing our facilities from Dec 23, 2021 to January 3, 2022.

What about the order Iâm waiting On? Will it get sent out before you close?
We are working at full speed to get all your orders out and will continue working our hardest until the end of Dec 23. All orders placed before our Guaranteed Delivery cutoffs will absolutely be sent out on time!
What if I place an order online while youâre closed?
You are more than welcome to place orders while we are closed, but please keep in mind that they wonât get shipped out until January 4th, 2022 at the earliest.
Will your retail locations be open?
Our physical stores will be closed as well! But if you find yourself missing us or want to do some St. Jeanâs Boxing Day shopping, you can always come visit us at our Woodgrove Mall Kiosk (Nanaimo) if youâre nearby.
Our Woodgrove Mall Kiosk is currently open and will stay open until Dec 29, 2021 (with the exception of Christmas Day).
Our Retail Stores Will re-open on the following days:
Nanaimo: January 3, 2022
Campbell River: January 4, 2022
Port Alberni: January 4, 2022
Delta/ Tilbury: January 10, 2022
YVR Airport: January 10, 2022
